COVID-19 Alert Level 2

Dear Customer,

With the recent announcement confirming the move back to Alert Level 2 for Auckland from 11.59pm Wednesday 17th of February, we just wanted to take a moment to let you know we are still open and here to assist you.

Our Service and Parts Departments will be operating as a contactless Service Centre with extra safety measures in place, including:

  • Contactless drop-off and pick-up
  • Vehicle pick-up and delivery
  • Cleaning and sanitisation of high touchpoint areas including steering wheels, safety belts, cupholders, gear shifters, keys and remotes, start/stop buttons and interior and exterior door handle, etc.
  • Social distancing throughout all departments.
  • The use of approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) whilst working on your vehicle

Our Sales Team will be available from to assist with virtual consultations and contactless test drives and vehicle deliveries, by appointment only and in line with the Ministry of Health Guidelines.

  • Please book an appointment with our Sales team informing them on the vehicles you are interested in. Doing so means we can have the vehicles ready for you upon arrival to our dealership.

At Tristram we are ensuring to protect both you and our staff while in Level 3. For both our Contactless Services and Test Drives we are sanitising high contact areas.

These are areas that you at home can also give a wipe down often. Door handles, Seat adjustments, Interior doors, Steering wheel & levers, entertainment system and parking brake & gears



Our team are sanitising every key that is onsite. For our contactless servicing we are sanitising the keys and placing them in a sanitised basket for you to retrieve the key. To maintain 2m distance at all times to keep you and our staff safe.
